    The customer care for Best Buy was a nightmare but if you are okay with handling that, the MacBook in general is a good product

    The computer was great when we bought it for our daughter for college but within a year the computer died. I took it back to BestBuy and they told me it couldn’t be fixed and there was no warranty. Computer shop said it would be $700 to fix because it’s an issue with the motherboard.
