First the return key stopped working. now I can't get a screen.

The product is great. But the price went down 50$ after I purchased and it did not match the price for me.

I hated that I could never talk on the phone to a human at the Tyler, Texas store. But, what I wanted was a good price. I really wanted to talk to someone in person.

After 6 months, 1 week from college start date, suddenly cracked screen and no longer usable. Quoted $700 to fix. Said maybe a rice was in keyboard. What?! Research found a lawsuit against Apple. Stay away from this product!

I hate Apple. No touch screen. Selling it. I bought it to run software and found a Windows program. I hate Apple!

Not sure if I got offered no interest for 1 year. No one asked me if I wanted that. I have always been offered that for other expensive purchases.

Tore up in less than 6 months. Very disappointed..

Ordered laptop and Best Buy messed the delivery address. Waited two weeks and nothing. Best Buy did not replace or fix but rather refunded money for less money I paid. They said I have to go back to store and repurchase. Terrible!!!!

Returned - had lots of issues with this Apple product. I am just happier with MS programs. MAC was returned and replaced with a desktop

Hard to write a review when there is no power to the Mac. The cord that plugs into the Mac broke in less than 24 hours after purchase. I was told to contact Apple support and they said there was a fee for the new cord since it was considered damaged. Not much of a warranty or service for a cord. I need to return everything but have been advised that this is damaged so it may impact my ability to return the product.

It was an open box product, i think the ram was damage , so i bring it back to refund.

The Microsoft 365 software I purchased with my MacBook Air was defective. No one at Best Buy is helping me. It’s disgraceful.

to difficult to use windows is much simpler to understand

Brand new. With issues. My space bar freezes out of the blue. I bought Microsoft office and created an account, added the code, and it’s locked. Since office has no actual tech support and the space bar issues I’ve debated on returning it.

Service pathetic at midway store. Ordered online and store had no idea of availability although online is said so.

My screen came cracked wish I got it fixed but not sure if I can

Waited over 2 weeks to do an in store pick up, delayed for over 5 days, worst customer experience on the app and couldn’t even call the actual store they weren’t taking calls apparently. Day came to pick it up took over 40minutes to give 3 people there products. Worker just decided to help someone else who didn’t even bother getting in line and waiting like the rest of us and had to wait until they were done to continue with us.

Great deal on sale for $799, but had to go for the M2 chip instead, so returned it.

I will NEVER buy another Mac Air - It will not print - after multiple calls to Apple - printer will print with older MAC AIR , BUT NEW ONE - says Encryption certificate has EXPIRED! No One can fix this NEW Apple Encryption PROBLEM - after HOURS on the phone with APPLE. - HP printer is only about 2 years old and OLD MAC prints easily to it!!!!
