Bought it as a gift for my injured wife. The item doesn't even work. It was unbelievable and i was in overseas. Best buy has the worst customer service when you have a problem.

still trying to get it setup. started setup in Anchorage and was in the middle of it and traveling overseas! I think that travel may have affected the setup as it tracks locations and uses different things for arears???

I was supposed to get 10% off I activated today I did not get and a Disney 20% off when I said I paid it off right when I get the belt it wasn't a bite. I am returning it tomorrow for a full refund.

I only bought this so I can look cool and fit in. I honestly have not hated a product this much- it’s overpriced. There are better laptops out there for cheaper- it’s definitely not worth your money. My shuts down and has a pink little screen on side.

I’ve been trying for weeks to get this computer going and am still stuck on the intro screen... I finally got it past the intro screen to find that it had set me up with about accounts.... my password doesn’t work on any of them and my Apple ID password doesn’t work either

Not what I expected from Mac gets me frustrated using it I dot even use it for that matter and im stuck with it

Needing to exchange or return. Every time I pull up Gmail or any good program, my computer freezes. Very bummed. Love my apple products but this one has been nothing but trouble.

I’m a little disappointed in my purchase of the Mac Air. I find it very confusing and to be honest, hard to work with. I’ve not even really used it since I purchased it. Just very frustrated.

I bought this as an open box Item. Geek Squad did go thru it but they could have cleaned the item. The Macbook had dog hair in it and was very dirty. I do understand OPEN BOX, but there should be a quick cleaning. I did return and bought new.

Didn’t care for this laptop is too difficult to work and it was supposed to be touchscreen, but it was too hard to make it connects to your finger. I would not buy it I returned it.

Not even a week old, free of dust and debris. Space bar decided to stick. Unsure why. After tapping the space bar again, it started functioning normally. Not so happy at the moment.

The product is ok but the store service is terrible.

During setup the laptop locked up and wouldn't let me back in. I tried to sign in, but it refused to accept my password and locked me out for 10 days. Horrible experience! As soon as I got it unlocked and functioning I returned.

The process of getting the card took forever! We even waited 45 minutes to get help. Someone called for help for us and as he was coming towards us he stopped to help someone else for 45 minutes. Everyone was waiting!

Too complicated, if you make any mistakes, you may be locked out and then, one can't find the necesary, professional and knowledgeable assistance from Apple. I was left with an item that i will never be able to use

The only issue I have is the control of color. I will visit Apple Shop in MH Beach for the screen color adjustment to more natural color I was familiar with my old MacBook Pro.

Started malfunctioning after only one years usage.

the programming has more then just a few issues maybe about a dozen

Don't buy this if you were looking for a fast/reliable computer. This stalls more than any other computer I've ever had. Highly disappointed! I wish I were still within the timeframe to return this.

I purchase this MacBook and had to return it, it was difficult to use…it’s not beginners friendly, I took another one it was frozen couldn’t get it to work had to return it as well
