This product I got was great and no issues with it. I love it all the way I use it for my software, and it works awesome. I would recommend this laptop to everyone who is getting in into DJ? And working with music and recording. I love this laptop. It really is fast and it’s helping my DJ performance a lot better.

I finally used the MacBook Air extensively 4 months after I purchased it. The battery ran down and the charger wouldn’t work.

MacBook works like a charm the integrations with the iPhone and apple watch are amazing too! If you take a screenshot that screenshot will be shared with your phone to be able to edit it. Also if you have an apple watch that watch will automatically unlock your MacBook when nearby. I can say when you're using it for editing you will have it be a bit warm but 50C roughly the CPU itself runs really well even if it is being thermal throttled. ( it's using air to cool itself so it is understandable why this happens in the first place )

Great product. The purchase online and next day pickup could not have been easier I wish I would have not used the file transfer option to move stuff from my old Mac. The process took several hours and never completed. Then I found out I could simply find my old Mac on the network using my new Mac and just copy over the files I wanted. Only took a few minutes!

REVOLUTION. This laptop redefines the portable laptop class with its powerful M1 processor. Definitely a game changer.

I needed this for school and it has exceeded expectations! It runs very well and the battery life is better than an iPhone, although I suppose that depends on how much you use it. An extremely useful asset.

My MacBook was taking 20 minutes to open & crashing every hour! Finally decided to get a new one when I saw Best Buys great sale. Delivery was fast and secure. It is indeed wonderful to open my email quickly and have quality pictures throughout. Setting up my printer and scanner did take some time as I had to go to the manufacturer site and download the programs. I miss my CD/DVD drive but other devices are available for them. Great price, great product. This is my 4th Mac over more than 25 years.

This computer works well from a college student's perspective. The battery life varies but is overall good for its purpose. If you have an iPad/iPhone, the computer easily pairs with it for dual-screen usage. I recommend this for college students who already have other Apple products as it can make for a pretty efficient system.

This computer has done its job. It has helped my daughter in Highschool and now her freshman year in college. She is looking forward to upgrading to the new addition!

This is a nice lightweight computer for anybody who doesn't want the 15 in or 16 in laptop. I haven't had any problems with the computer, which is good since I got it as an open-box. The only catch is that it doesn't have enough memory for all the photos and videos I have. But if you are not about that, this computer will make you happy.
