I love this laptop. Wonderful laptop! will be buying again

So far this product is doing well. I don’t use it for gaming or anything so I can’t speak on how it handles things like that. I’m using it for writing and research only.

When I made my order my delivery date was for the day after purchase but ended up getting delayed almost a week before it was delivered. I was so excited for my first ever macbook and the extra waiting made my anticipation crazy so I honestly broke out in tears when I opened my package and found a used, dirty and dented macbook with the previous user still on the login page. I was so upset that I didnt get what I ordered and waited extra long for. I drove immediately to my nearest best buy and they didn't have the color I ordered in stock so my options were to take home a different color or wait for another one to come in the mail, I obviously chose to take home a different color because I wasn't going to deal with that shipping disaster again. Am I happy with the product? Yes absolutely, its a fantastic laptop for my college classes and the color isnt that big of a deal other than for aesthetics. Am I happy with the shipping delay and original product that was delivered to me? Absolutely not. I think if I ever decide to buy another electronic from Best Buy Ill just have it shipped to the store where I can pick it up.

It came in very quickly and works great. I’m glad I got it from Best Buy as the price was better than anywhere else including insurance, some apple benefits like 3 months of music, news, and arcade games.

I’ve owned it for 3 years now and it functions well for a small storage/average use laptop. The only current issue…the battery is already having “required maintenance” problems. I never had that issue with a MacBook Pro & it’s expensive when the coverage plan runs out…food for thought when buying a new laptop

Light weight and easy to use. You can never go wrong with this MacBook Air. Also got it for a good deal. The color is also very cute.

Purchased 4 of these. One for my son, daughter, wife and I. Upgraded from a 2018, 2016 & 2018. This is my wife’s first MacBook Air while and the second for the kids and I. An absolute home run. The 2018 still works great but the speed with the M1 chip is is improved for sure. Happy MacBook family!

First MacBook Air and first Mac laptop after a lot of years with PCs. Set up was easy, update to the new iOS was long. Transfer of PC data was okay, but when done after the initial set up, it created a new account... so far working good, getting used to the Mac way of doing things.

I absolutely love my new computer and I would not trade for anything in this world. It was new as promised I ordered online. The customer service was beyond excellent.

This laptop fits all my needs (which weren't much). I got it for personal use, since I have another one for work. It has been working great, and I love it!

In my opinion, Apple products are well worth the money. My new MacBook Air is durable and easy to use. I love that it is compatible with all of my other apple devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.). The device is perfectly sized, lightweight, and sleek. It is perfect for use as a learning/work tool, leisure (streaming programs/videos), or communication (email, video meetings etc). I never worry about viruses on my Apple products and I control reminders to update/upgrade software to keep my Mac running smoothly.
