Very good laptop. I had the older version of the MacBook Air and traded in for this newer version and it is a lot better than my old one. It has better screen quality so everything looks clear on the screen and it has twice the storage for all my school work. Also it is lighter and a little more compact making it easier to carry around with me.

Happy with my purchase. Had to replace my 10 year MacPro. It’s light and fast.

Got this macbook for my mom for her birthday and she absolutely loves it. She was a bit overwhelmed at first from how it can be different from windows. She loves how easy it is to use as well as safari being synched from laptop to her phone. She also enjoys being able to send a quick text message on her macbook so she doesn't have to find her phone.

I love it ! the battery life last so long and it is super light.

Amazing upgrade from any previous macbook air and 13” pros. You get 3x the cpu performance and 5x the graphics performance. That is insane gains for any laptop/notebook. I highly recommend this laptop for everyone and the macbook pro if you need the extra gpu core, cpu fan for heavy workloads, longer battery life, 25% brighter screen, and better speakers and microphone.

I'm so glad I decided to finally bite the bullet and get a MacBook. I've been wanting one for over 5 years and finally decided to upgrade from an HP! The switch was super easy, and the employee who helped me was so easy to talk to and helpful. I highly recommend, especially for work or school! Also, THE BATTERY LIFE. Amazing!!!

While aesthetically pleasing, the laptop does not perform to the level one would expect for the price tag. The brushed metal casing/finish is great and feels smooth below the palms, the touch bar is helpful for certain functions and spellchecking, the interface is sleek and easy to use as one would expect with an apple product. Less than 3 months into using the laptop I am already experiencing the "spinning rainbow wheel of death" on a pretty regular basis, and having different applications stall out or be "unresponsive" on a regular basis. The performance of the M1 chip is nothing to be impressed with, and performs at the same level if not below an i5 processing chip that you would find in a regular PC laptop. The most frustrating part of this laptop would have to be the battery life. I use zoom, an internal messaging platform, and a project management tool for work and the battery probably lasts for about 5-6 hours MAX before needing to be plugged in again and re-charged. I would strongly encourage anyone who has a $800-$1000+ budget to explore the other brands that exist in the PC world, you are likely to find a tremendous amount of greater value for the price.

perfect in every way! i’ve gone back and forth with myself for years about getting a macbook, i’ve always been an apple person so i knew i’d be happy with it. i’ve used ipad’s majority of my teenage/adulthood and i don’t think i’ll go back.

i think it’s the perfect size and has the capabilities for anything short of high intensity graphics work and even then it will hold its own. if you don’t know which macbook to get, this is the one.

It might be one of the best laptop purchases I ever made. It is lightning quick and for what it can do, very very cheap. So far I have used this for content creation, light gaming, and generally doing my normal work without any issues whatsoever. The switch to Apple Silicon might be the best thing Apple has done since the release of the iPhone. And the best part? Its a fanless laptop.

Its just what i was looking for. I love it. It’s small and lightweight. Unlike my MacPro that was much heavier. What like about the apple system is that one is able to pick up where you off.
