12-30-23 I received a new Mac for Christmas. This is my 2nd one and I absolutely love the Mac! I had some of my own issues with file recovery and transfer and needed some expert advice so I made an appt. with the Geek Squad at the Saratoga Springs, NY store where the purchase was made, in hopes that these issues might get resolved. Brandon Watson, Advance Repair Technician, was the person that assisted me. Brandon was not only extremely knowledge, but very attentive to my anxieties about resolving my computer problems. Brandon did resolve all of my computer issues with a very pleasant and calm demeanor. I would highly recommend Brandon and give him an overall rating of 10. Thank you Brandon!

Apple used to be wildly expensive for the amount of product you received, but the new base-level MacBook Air *WHEN ON SALE* is a phenomenal deal...except for the storage space. · All prior x86 apps that I have tested are fully functional in the M1 environment · Parallels is running great with a Windows 10 ARM release · The 8GB of RAM limitation has not yet been a problem with limited photo/video editing · 256GB of storage is not adequate in 2021. The cost to upgrade to 512GB is also a ridiculous amount and not worth it. External options are almost mandatory for people with heavier file workloads. · Serviceability is at an all-time low. Hopefully a Right-To-Repair mindset is more widely adopted in the future, but with Apple, I doubt it.

Daughter loved it for a Xmas gift last year. Does everything on it, can’t put it down.

So excited about my 1st Mac! It’s very fast and multi tasking is incredibly easy supposedly due to the M1 chip. I love that it’s tied to my iPhone and I can seamlessly work from one device to the other without issue. Bought this as an open box - excellent condition certified and cleaned by the Geek squad. Wouldn’t notice the difference between this and a brand new Mac directly from Apple.

I love this computer. It is so light and typing on it is great. User-friendly too. Set up super easy and fast. The Best Buy salesman gave me this great suggestion and I am so glad I went with it.

This is my first ever Apple computer that I own!! I’ve been a Windows user for 10 years! Very quick with it’s M1 chip and all their updates faith its operating system and I can’t really complain with all of their patches and other system updates. Very smooth from Apple and I look forward to keep on using this Apple product.

Very happy with new MacBook Air, simple to use and fast speed.

Very good battery life and speed on this MacBook. The M1 chip can run many programs at once and run them quickly. Great for school or work. There are still some bugs on the OS which will for sure be fixed on the next updates for it.

Apple products are consistently superior compared to other cheaper laptops. I had to return a Windows laptop that was 200-250 less. I should have gone with a MacBook without looking at other laptops. With blotware the Windows laptop was simply annoying. So glad I return it and got a MacBook Air M1. It’s the 2nd time getting a MBA. Shouldn’t have wasted time and effort trying others.

I bought this for travel and iPad replacement but I end up using it daily. I have a 15" Mac Pro that I use for work and I love that moving from one to the other is seamless. The main difference in the two is the screen bar on the keyboard and the screen size. Easy to set up and moved the toolbar to the left side.

Very great laptop runs nice and smooth. I chose the rose gold has a nice look!

Great quality & faster speed, very thin profile & lightweight

Wife got it for her school. Great little machine, very powerful even with the 8 GB of ram. She uses it for sketch up and other softwares and runs like a champ. Never feels sluggish or slow. Wish we could run two external monitors with it but oh well. We are using a hub to drive the external keyboard and monitor with no issues.

First MAC, trying it out. So far so good. Light, speedy, easy to use

It’s hard to put into words the greatness of thus new MacBook Air. I wanted the air all along, but it was so underpowered I bought the 15”, 16gb, 500gb ssd to get what i needed. Now the air out powers the 2 years old 15” by a mile. Very happy. One caveat, a lot of my music software is not yet compatible. And a few other things. But Logic Pro works fab. As does final cut. This is a must buy!!!
