No regrets

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a 2013 MBA and decided to upgrade as I was having issues with streaming for class and my district could only provide a Samsung 11' Chromebook of the same age. While I'm kind of upset that the M2 redesign is coming, I can't say that this machine hasn't been great. There's always going to be newer/better just around the corner. Once they fixed the issue with Chrome I can say that this has been a beast for teaching from home/hybrid. If you need to get it and are not sure if you should wait, I don't think you'll be upset. If you're thinking of a MBP just in case, you don't need one unless you're doing something really fancy with some specialized software. This thing handles video uploads for lessons extremely well.

Just a MacBook doing normal Apple things

It is replacing the same 13-inch model (Which is still working) that I bought from BB back in 2013, so it clearly performs well over the long haul. What can I say? It's a Mac!

So many shortcuts & options. Glad I bought it, but it’s taking me some time to be comfortable on it. I still do some school assignments on my PC. I highly recommend to both Mac & PC users.

I personally didn't need all the bells and whistles of the newer model, so this one works great! I had been debating on getting one, and when Best Buy put them on sale I had to jump on it!

Best Laptop Under $1000

This M! chip is a major breakthrough for apple and it only benefits the consumers. This laptop can be used for anything!!! There are definitely limits however. you can get away with HD video editing, but probably wont enjoy editing 2K or 4K content with this.
