    I've always been loyal to Windows and this is my first Macbook. I love this very much. I have no complaints. I've got this a month ago and I only charged it three times with light usage - I mostly use this for writing.

    I'll always be an Apple customer. I recently replaced my MacBook Air with a new model. I just took for granted the features would be duplicated plus anything new Apple brought to this model. NO SUCH LUCK! In fact, I don't even have a USB port! I need to buy an accessory that will give me this ability to hook up my scanner, etc. Very disappointing as it seems Apple is always looking for a way to force additional purchases. Not impressed.

    My daughter uses this everyday for school. I love MacBooks as they function better and last longer than windows base laptops. My friend has replaced her laptop every 2 years, because it doesn’t work right after 2 years, though my old MacBook Pro from 2010 is still working
