My biggest issue with my previous MacBook Air was when I would use zoom it would sound like it would explode. It makes NO SOUND whatsoever now. Thank you!

Great Product; Terrible Service

I have been able to upload videos much faster than on the Chromebook I was using provided by the school. The graphics are awesome and the keys are both large enough for my husband's large fingers and lettered dark enough for our older eyes to see easily. The screen was inexplicably broken within the first 2 weeks of use. I have had it back to be fixed under AppleCare and it is still not fixed because communication is a real issue. I need to pay $100. which I have tried to do on multiple occasions, but the transaction has failed to connect, so the computer has been sent back after a couple of weeks without being fixed. Out of 3 months of owning it, I have actually used my laptop for 2 weeks, unfortunately.
