Google helped though. Also felt like the in-store insurance wasn't explained throughly and felt as if I could've gotten the same thing through a third party, cheaper.

And the gold color (more like rose gold) is very pretty. Battery life is better than expected. I'm a long time Windows User (my last Mac was in the mid-90's), and I am pleasantly surprised by how much I love this computer.
