    Love the computer, LOATHE Best Buy. First they sent me an damaged computer that they couldn't fix, then they sent me a computer that was still logged in and locked as guest (I bought open-box and they sent a display computer which they apparently have a policy against?) and that took 48 hours to fix. Now, a month later, have returned my trade-in with no explanation or communication. I do not suggest buying from this company.

    Everything you would expect from the latest MacBook Air. I bought this open box because I was looking for the ever elusive discount on Apple products. I was not disappointed. The MacBook was indeed in excellent condition, not a scratch or ding anywhere on it. Basically brand-new and without the stickers on the (original) packaging, you would never know that it was pre-owned. Very satisfied with my purchase.
