One thing missing

The one thing I miss is the absence of a touch screen. I have that on my PC and miss it. I guess I should have checked, but I thought it would be there for a computer that costs about 1K

Device with serious battery defect

I returned the item on the next business day and requested a refund. After one week, I received an email from them questioning alleged scratches that did not exist when the item arrived at my home nor when I returned it. The store then refused to issue the refund, which I formally disputed. Since then, three weeks have passed and they have only continued to stall without providing a resolution. Best Buy has not mediated the situation, and I see no alternative other than taking legal action. This store needs to be formally notified, as I have seen that I am not the first customer to be harmed by this practice.
