Perfect for High School

Mac is the best

I use a Dell laptop for work and there is no comparison — I look forward to switching to my Mac after work. The keyboard has nice action and the track pad is a pleasure to use. Using iCloud is like having a personal server.

MacBook price changes

No problems with it's operation. The only problem I have is that I purchased this laptop for $999 along with a few other things and a month later they are selling the same Mac for $899. Best Buy won't budge on any type of price match or instore credit for the difference in prices because I am outside of their one month return period. What a bummer....

Both experiences were professional and helped answer all of my questions.

I use this for work and had issues installing a program. Apple spent the time with me over the phone, helping me to install a non-Apple program. Extremely helpful and kind.
