Have always had a Mac, since 1984. Love the rose gold color. Dislike lack of USB ports, no Word, Excel, or Power Point. Some functions have also changed, not an improvement in my opinion.

It's beautiful and works pretty well, as you would expect from a Mac. If I were to do it again, I would get the M2 version because it's supposed to have a brighter screen. This screen is nice, but hard to see movies in a room filled with daylight. (for a middle-aged person)

Awesome little machine. We have completely switched away from Android and Microsoft for running a small business, and everything syncs and runs flawlessly on Apple. The Macbook Air M1s are super quick and powerful laptops and are the best bang for your buck for an all around work/entertainment laptop with plenty of capability to spare.

Its just what i was looking for. I love it. It’s small and lightweight. Unlike my MacPro that was much heavier. What like about the apple system is that one is able to pick up where you off.

12-30-23 I received a new Mac for Christmas. This is my 2nd one and I absolutely love the Mac! I had some of my own issues with file recovery and transfer and needed some expert advice so I made an appt. with the Geek Squad at the Saratoga Springs, NY store where the purchase was made, in hopes that these issues might get resolved. Brandon Watson, Advance Repair Technician, was the person that assisted me. Brandon was not only extremely knowledge, but very attentive to my anxieties about resolving my computer problems. Brandon did resolve all of my computer issues with a very pleasant and calm demeanor. I would highly recommend Brandon and give him an overall rating of 10. Thank you Brandon!

as someone's first laptop/computer.. apple products are just so much more easily to use for someone who isnt tech savy compared to windows... have had this for over a year still works like brand new

But this laptop my wife. Her previous job she was used to using Apple products. Based on past experience, I thought she would be able to use this and keep it useful for much longer so far is working out very well.

AMAZING LAPTOP! Lightweight, compact, top notch performance.

This replaced my old 2015 Macbook. I like the consistency of Mac as everything looks and functions almost the same whereas Windows based computers are always changing something. I am not a hardcore computer user, just e-mail, and social media so I can't describe any of those features. The only thing that I have been trying to work out is that my old computer had a standard USB port on the side and this one uses a USB type C. I am having trouble getting my printer to work as well but It is possible I am doing something wrong. One thing to note about the mouse pad is that you cannot just double tap to open an app you have to actually press down on the pad and hear a click. You can still move your curser freely about on the pad though to navigate your screen with just one finger. It is nothing worth getting picky about so I think this a great computer.

I love it. im coming from a hp and this is well worth the money. I use it for my business and it makes it so easy to have everything I do on here saves on my iPhone and iPad which make it easy to always have what I need
