We haven't actually used the laptop yet because it was Christmas gift. The price was great and the shipping was fast. Very happy with purchase so far.

Printer/scanner issues with Monterey OS. Was able to resolve the printer issue, however the scanner won't work. Spent hours trying to fix myself and Apple support could not fix the issue. In 2019, I purchased a 2018 MacBook Air and ended up having to purchase another printer. For my recent purchase, I asked Best Buy staff if there might be printer issues and was told there would not. That is not the case. Also, if you use your photos as screensavers, most display turned sideways and the "Apple fix", doesn't work. Both of these issues have been ongoing for months to years as reported within Apple support community and from searching the internet - with various OS upgrades by Apple. Battery has to be recharged even though it is always plugged in. That was never an issue going back to my 1st Apple computure purchased in 2008 . Just waiting for more unknown suprises from my new Apple MacBook Air.

My husband has. never owned an Apple product until now. He was skeptical but he totally loves it. He said he is never going back to a "regular" laptop again.
