I was sold a Mac Book Air to replace my dead 2012 MacBook Air. Fortunately the geek was able to transfer most of my info from my iPad to the Laptop because there was no access to my old computer. I was unable to connect my old printer, HP said it was too old and I needed a new one that was small enough to fit in a small compartment. I found 2 at B.B. on line that said they were in store. One was too large and no one could find the other. About this time the agent who had sold me the laptop appeared and he was able to find it on line and ordered it for me, delivered my home. This appears to be the replacement for my old one. I have misplaced the names of the agents who were so helpful. The sales agent was from Hanoi and the geek had a lot of dark hair. They couldn't have been nicer or more proficient. Thank you. Frances Hay

The MacBook Air is great and arrived quickly. Just the right size for my needs. Slight issue getting MS Office downloaded because the link didn’t work correctly, but customer service at the store remedied the issue quickly. Love the rose gold color too!

Met my expectations and beyond. I was scared of getting a new mac because i didnt want to give up my 2011 macbook pro with all of its ports and cd drive. Despite having less in the ways of access ports i was very pleased with the performance of this laptop.

Ease of migration of data from my 10 year old iMac to the MacBook Air. Love the low drain battery allowing the user to skip shut down if they so choose. Connection to a wireless Magic Mouse was straightforward. I was a little concerned with the smaller screen size (13.3 in) but it is plenty big for my use. Purchase was easy at Best Buy. Unit had to be delivered from a different facility but delivery and pickup was great. On time and no surprises. Sales rep assistance was great.

its a MacBook Air on apple silicon - can't go wrong with this (even though its 8GB RAM). Battery life and peed are industry leading.

After years of secondhand laptops, I decided to buy new and complete my college degree. I love the size, color and everything about this beauty. Was confusing at first and still learning but not major complaints!

I did a lot of research before deciding on a MacBook Air (too much...). I agreed with all the people who wrote that Macs are for plug-and-play types like I am. I do not have very sophisticated computer needs, so I chose the Mac in the hopes that this will last me a long time. (My HP Pavilion lasted almost ten years before it needed to be replaced, which prompted this purchase of the MacBook Air.) Very fast! But an even better feature: the battery lasts a loooooong time! I kept wondering if the battery icon at the top was working because after so much use, I still had so much left in the tank. I finally plugged it in to charge after a week, and I only did it because it had a quarter-tank left, and I "gassed it up" at a quarter-tank like I normally do with my car... Thank you, Best Buy and Apple.

Overall every apple product is best. This purchase proved everything. Even if it’s a older model it still runs fast and very easy to navigate.

What can I say. it's an Apple product. everything you expect from them and more. Compact light size, great picture quality, fast processing speed. And of course this won't be obsolete in a year like a regular windows PC. This is everything I needed in a laptop plus some.

I love my Mac! I use it for everything and it’s been amazing for me. Durable, fast and has the space to maintain all my projects! The battery life is great as well.

This is my first laptop that is working very well for me. It is fast and easy to use. I had to return a laptop but got very good customer service. The only problem was having to wait more than 45 minutes to get help to buy the laptop that I saw I wanted.

I’m new to macs, but I’m a fan!! It was easy to get used to, because I’ve used iPhones for years. Long battery life! Compact and light. The screen is very clear. The Best Buy sales rep we worked with was great. He was super informative, but not pushy at all!
