I never thought I could buy a MacBook Air with the M1 chip for less than $1,000. I knew, however, if I checked the Best Buy website every day, I would have the best chance to catch the best price available from a trusted store. Every expectation I had for the MacBook Air was met and every expectation of quality of service and expected knowledge by the store staff was also top notch.

Excellent buy for $799 when I picked it up on sale almost a year ago. Love that the battery just goes on forever compared with my Asus zen book pro15 inch. The Asus laptop is a few years old but I can only get around 4-5hours on that. The MacBook I seem to be using it for an entire week for a couple hours every day and its sill around 30-40% at the end of the week. If you don't have any software issue with macOs and the new apple silicon I would recommend giving this a try.

The MacBook Air is actually a solid contender in the Mac line up. But also the fingerprint reader as the power button is intriguing within itself. But it always automatically starts right after you shutdown the computer. That is amazing. No need to push the power button. It just wakes by itself when ready.

Powerful performance and excellent blend of portability and capability

I just went from a 27” 10 year old MAC to this MAC book air. Wow what a difference. I loved my MAC It was great for ten years but this mac air is so fast and so easy to use. Luv it.

The MacBook is great. It is easy to use and the security features is nice. I always wanted a MacBook for music rearrangements and the music band app is wonderful. I am able to add an extension so I can interface it with devices. The MacBook is so versatile and I so glad to have one. The service I received from Best Buy was exemplary and helped me with my decision making.

This computer is amazing, works perfect and it has the best battery life of all models. The only reason that I don't recommend you buy this computer is the RAM Memory, in my opinion a 16GB model worth it.

Very good fast reliable lap top. As a college student I can say that this lap top would be able to handle everything you throw at it and it’s strong I dropped it and the lap top didn’t even get a scuff

This is my favorite laptop I have purchased. It holds a charge for multiple days. Once, I learned how to use all the features, it was very user friendly.

I’ve always putting off getting a MacBook but so glad I finally decided to make the purchase ! Super fast ! Battery life is great and definitely loving the storage space !

So far this has proven to be a good purchase. I just needed a small/lite computer for travel; this works fine. Great battery life, I just hope it last longer than my iPad (which died only after 3 1/2 years).

I overall very much enjoy this laptop. It’s super easy to use and battery lasts a long time. If I had had to pick one thing it would have to be no usb ports as I would have really liked to use a mouse with this computer without spending an arm and a leg.

I've owned the newer M2 MacBook Air, and I prefer the older M1 for its form factor, as a portable laptop. It's still got plenty of power and battery life to be quite functional, but is the closest modern equivalent to a netbook (ultraportable, light, yet functional). The newer M2 *feels* more breakable and fragile, while the curved top and bottom of this design gives it a much more durable feel.

Light weight, fast, worth the money. Love Apple product. Great for my college student.

Great battery life, great keyboard, and it is a Mac. 8GB RAM, shockingly, handles everything I do in a work day with 47% still available at the end of an eight hour heavy use day in battery.
