In general, I love to buy home-use Macbook Airs from Best Buy when they go on sale. I refresh them once in about 4-5 years. This computer worked perfectly -- for about 6 months. And the display failed. I took it to Apple store where they repaired it for free (they had to ship it out and then ship it back to my home!). I am hoping no more display issues again!

Excellent product. Fast shipping. The only details is that they left the product at the front door without signature.

The first one I got had to be returned after two days. Faulty computer. Then there were problems transferring the data from my previous MacBook. The first six days I owned this computer I was at BestBuy five of those days. The tech and a couple of the counter guys who waited on me each day were very good with an old guy whom is only so so computer literate.

I couldn’t be more happy with my MacBook. I love the finger print reader and the color of the actual laptop. The keys are easy to type on and the short cuts for it are very useful.

The salesperson was knowledgeable, extra friendly, and helpful. She understood our unique needs in purchasing a computer for an elderly person. We will ask for her the next time.
