Purchased on sale, Perfect laptop for freshman in college absolutely loves it.

This is a good entry level for my college studies.

Honestly haven’t had a chance to use it much due to working from home with remote learning going on but from the bit of time I’ve spent on it, I like it so far!!

I have a sense of regret buying this notebook. It is all the things the promotional material says BUT if you use WIFI or Bluetooth this notebook may not be for you. The computer drops wifi quite easily and in my case in an international hotel only get the internet till one in the afternoon. After being on the phone with Apple for hours problem solving, they recommended that the hotel change their wifi settings to suit my notebook. This is no way travel and if this continues for another month then I will return the notebook. I have had Apple notebooks for 12 years and a 2013 MacBook Air prior to this new MacBook Air M1 and experienced no such problems. It appears that the Intel chip version of the MacBook Air that preceded the new M1 chip does not have this fault AND has better wifi speed AND is $200 less.

Most reliable compute ever! The only reason I'm purchasing a new one is because I've had my old one so long that I can't update it anymore!

So far so good. I had a time installing the 365. But it all works out. The time turning on and the is annoying. It has that installing icon symbol.

Laptop is so far so good, it was a Christmas gift. However the Best Buy store personnel sold me the wrong Microsoft Home/Office package.:/

Had a pc laptop for 5 eras, decided to finally switch over since these are better for music making quality and graphic design, I don't regret it at all

This was a gift for my wife. She seems to love it. She bought a case for it online, so it can look like the color is different from the gray color the computer is.

In good condition when it arrived, it was smaller than I had expected (didn't go in store) so I returned it and got a 15 inch m2 instead. Easy return and got my money back in just a few days.
