    Love the best buy service but in this purchase you gave me a new open box laptop crashed and your team didnt want to fix this giving me another one

    Great laptop. Had to replace my first one because minor damages due to dropping a phone on it caused the repair to cost more than replacing the laptop itself.

    Appears to ba a good product. I’ve never owned a Mac before so there are some growing pains learning the system but I’ll get there. Overall I’m happy.
