    Excellent laptop. Have enjoyed using it so far, I still need to adjust my self using it, I have the tendency to touch the screen (like my I pad) instead of using the trackpad.

    I am learning more every day about my computer and I am happy with it; but I need some additional help. I paid for that, but am not happy with Geek Squad nor their ability to help me. They seem to be over worked and lack adequate time to meet the instruction time I was promised.

    Another great Apple product, only complaint is that the M1 chip can only handle 1 extra monitor.

    I love my MacBook Air but the headphone port didn’t work and I didn’t realize it until after the 15 day return/exchange period. I’m very glad I bought AppleCare to take care of the issue but I do wish the exchange policy was extended in these circumstances.

    So far I like it, but I need to learn more about operating it with all of its features. I am not used to using a Mac Computer, so it will take patience and time. I will try to get person to person instructions when they are offered in La Crosse or Onalaska.
