    My new Air M1 has worked as expected. However, the smell when I opened the box was pretty nasty. Took it back and BB associates agree and exchanged the item. I Should have opened it at the store. It also smelled when I opened it at home. After some research, I found out that the smell apparently comes from the charger cord. Took her back to the store and they agreed it seem to be coming from the charger cord. They gave me A charger cord off the shelf and it didn’t smell any better. Called Apple and they were pretty much useless. They said it was a third-party purchase and out of their hands. Anyway I ended up buying a charger cord on eBay.

    Apple has told me that I must buy Apple Music in order to transfer my substantial music files from iTines on my old Mac to my new Mac. If this is true, I will be returning this MacBook soon and also the other Mac products I have purchased. Please help me researchahis as few people ar Apple Support know anything about this.

    I've only had the computer for a couple of months as of right now it's okay. The biggest disappointment is the speakers. And this is strange but the keyboard layout seems a little off; like it is not centered.
