This is a replacement MacBook. The first one (ordered online and shipped to me) would not get past the password log in screen. Reset it to factory default 3 times, still wouldn't work. Exchanged it at our local Best Buy without issues. Replacement works great. I'm very happy with it.

Absolutely love this MacBook! I had An older model from 10 years and it was time for an upgrade. I cant express how much I love MacBook airs and how easy it is to take anywhere.

Love my new MacBook. It took a little getting used to coming from a windows computer but after watching a couple YouTube videos it was pretty easy. Battery life has been great and I’ve only had to charge it a couple of times in the month that I’ve had it.

Solid all around computer. Wish there were still usb ports though.

Seems great, fast and easy to use. Lightweight too.

What can I say. It’s a MacBook. This is the 3rd one I’ve purchased since 2008. They last all still work perfectly. Unlike the PC laptops I used to have to replace every year. Is Mac more? Sure but I won’t change back if their quality stays same.

Easy to purchase online and came fast, was able to add Apple Care and got some free trials of Apple Music, news, and tv with purchase. Beautiful Retina display and fast, love the Touch ID. Runs smoothly and the desktop and app layout is really clean, organized and easy to use.

Awesome laptop. I should have gotten one sooner. This is my first MacBook and I am glad that I switched. I love the integration between other Apple devices and it is just seamless. Everything just works, no questions asked. I have no regrets and this will be my daily driver until it dies.

I’m happy to be finally using a MacBook, i needed something to help me do my college work and was told now Mac’s work and would say the best decision.

I have had this product for almost a year now. Apple (most) products are really good for students and people who need to do more everyday work. I can't say I recommend this over anything, but I can definitely say that it makes productivity so much for useful.

I love it!! I’m an avid Apple product user so this fell right into my regular routine. Haven’t really got food use out of it just yet but it hasn’t even been a month yet lol.... I’m excited to figure out what’s new about this one compared to the one I used 10+ years ago. I also bought it at an amazing price!

Great laptop! Compatible with all my college courses. Been using for almost a year and have had no issues!

Bought to use in small office setting and has worked great for it. I did have an issue with the setup as it wouldn't allow me to get past a certain point in the process. I called Apple and they walked me through a bypass and a reset and it took care of the issue. Very pleased with all of my Apple purchases.
