I received excellent assistance from the young man in the computer department. He listened to how I was going to use the laptop, what my interests & needs were and suggested the Macbook Air. He didn't try and upsell me. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I went to pick up my computer at Geek Squad, Jeff spent a lot of time going thru it with me and loaded apps I wanted, while showing me how to navigate with the Macbook. He helped me to the point where I could begin using it right away. Again, very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. This was a great buying and learning experience for me. Great laptop for college use! My daughter has had her previous MacBook Air since 6th grade. We decided she could probably use a new one since she is now a freshman in college. Macs are expensive up front, but they last a long time.

well i got the intel something laptop but it’s broken. it’s not charging ang it’s taking forever to set up. so i exchange it the next day with the new m1. and boy it’s the best laptop. my first macbook and i am very happy with it.

My brother loves his laptop. Though the specs are nothing special, the M1 chip still holds up pretty well and is worth it at a discounted price tag.
