  • M1 is good but can't make legacy software work

    The M1 chip is powerful but I ran into issues of using my office 2016 and Matlab 2019a since they are not optimized for M1 chips. I have to return the product even after days of trying to make those programs work. Will stay with my 2017 air for now till there is a better way of using legacy software.

    Great product, very pleased. Only issue is that they didn't have the color I wanted so they discount a different color for me

    I highly recommend BestBuy for Apple purchases, especially with My Best Buy Total. MBBT covers AppleCare, which in this product more than covered the annual fee. The Apple product specialists are quite knowledgeable and ready to assist. Oh, and my wife’s loves her new MacBook Air.

    I was lost on it because I had another mac pro but after 5 years quit. So much had changed with this one. so I made a couple of appointments with Jordan 0 and she set it up and helped 100 per cent . so I am still learning it. Wish it had a book with it. I got it because I liked my old mac so much and its small and lite.
