    At first this was my dream computer, now if turns off at random times. Which is so annoying because this computer is too expensive. I don’t want to be going to Apple every week for this. I could’ve gotten the Microsoft computer and been happy and perfectly fine with my purchase. When it’s working it does wonders for my college and school work but it’s not of use if it keeps shutting down. I want to return it so bad because at this point it’s wasting my time and money. I have a lot of apple products and never had this happen before.

    Like apple laptops, use them for basic needs. Not happy that doesn’t have usb connection with amount you pay for this product. Not sure why they downgraded with basic needs for people.

    Apple has made getting started so simple. I was able to download all of the information from my previous laptop onto the new one in very little time and didn't have to be a tech wiz to do it. The only problem with purchasing it online is I didn't get my reward credit for being a Best Buy member.

    I came in to buy this laptop on progressive leasing. After further education I decided to first apply for the Best Buy buy card because it gave me a year to pay it off. I was instantly approved. Best decision.
