This is my first Mac laptop & I love it! It was delivered 2 day earlier and it is beautiful! However It did glitch once but I haven’t had any other issues so far.

The salesperson I had was very helpful and honest. He helped guide me to what was appropriate for my needs. He didn’t “oversell” the product.

I love the Mac book air it’s everything I imagined

This product does not have the battery life Apple employees purported it to have. In addition, I have had all of my applications shut down because of what Apple employees say is a RAM issue. The account manager runs out of memory, a message tells me, even though I have almost nothing on the computer and I don't run many applications at once. Hours of phone calls with Apple have not led to any solutions, and Apple has not followed up as promised. When I brought up the community page listing others with the same issue, I was told that Apple does not see these as a problem affecting many people.

Exceptional high quality laptop. Thin and lightweight. Excellent screen resolution. Long battery life. Highly recommend!

I am IN LOVE with this computer! There are some really cool new features, such as screen sharing with your iPad. The picture on this computer screen is incredible! I purchased the "gold" version (which looks more pink) but I love it. I am expecting this MacBook to take me through the next decade.

Really like the laptop’s performance but the lack of the right click and the layout are disappointing..

I went in to buy a Apple air laptop and the guy who helped me seemed like all he cared about was up selling me. I wanted more product info it was a big purchase for me. A little disappointing. Even down to the case he tried to sell me the most expensive without even asking probing questions. It was extremely impersonal. I had to reach myself how to use the computer. Next time I will definitely go to the Apple store. My laptop works great however. So the actual product was great

So far so good a month in. Much faster from my previous MacBook. Only thing that is annoying/downside is the quality of the webcam. Everything else has been great.

Light Weight and easy to use. Wish I could have got one with a little more memory than this one as I ran out of memory transferring my data from my old Mac.

Excellent device. The computer has excellent speed, plenty of memory and can run a multitude of apps without slowing down.

I bought this for my daughter and she’s literally enjoying it. Cost could’ve been better considering the configurations. 256GB is not enough space in current times.

This computer is super fast compared to previous MacBooks that I've owned. However, it has a lot of first edition problems - mostly in terms of connecting to external displays. I've had issues where external displays flicker and cut out, and often the computer will crash while connected. Two months into ownership the computer is at the Apple Store getting its Logic Board replaced.

This laptop has been used my by brother in law for last one and half year gently, not the laptop is not getting turned on. Not sure is it a hardware issue. Waiting fro the service station people's response.
