Screen is very clear. Keyboard so much more comfortable and faster than my previous laptop. Being able to touch a button and have the laptop be instantaeously ready to go is amazing.

Upgraded from a 2017 MacBook Air since I found out there were open box ones available. I got one for $701 + taxes which is around a $200-$300 savings. Except for the fact that there was no box the Mac Appears to be in great shape. Haven't played around with it too much yet.

I got an open box in excellent condition for $50 less which I think is nice. There was nothing wrong with it at all it literally was brand new

The overall size was good, but I realized I'm better with an HP instead.

I absolutely love this laptop. I do minimal editing and school projects and it’s perfect for what I need it for. I definitely recommend for anyone who does TikToks or YouTube. It’s inexpensive for the amount of things I can do with it!!

The Macbook air is really cool. However the service that I received from Bestbuy was awful.

This is my first Apple laptop and I have been a longtime (since Windows 95) PC guy. Didn't take long to set it up and I love how it is seamless between my phone, watch, and tablet.

Made the switch from PC to Apple laptop so the computer and my iPhone would synch. It takes some learning and just ‘getting use to’ the MacBook Air but glad I made the change but couldn’t have done it without the patient Geek Squad. I bought at Best Buy so I would have the Squad to help me!

This computer was an excellent purchase choice for me. I highly suggest an open box option as it was within my budget. It was just as it stated no damage and in perfect condition. I will definitely use this option again for future purchases.

Bought for a non-profit whose volunteers have little technical experience. Great to share data, email, texting with their personal iPhones. Best part is I don't have to support Windows. 8/256 is fine for most people.
