Very reliable User friendly Have all what you need

We bought this for both are teenagers. They are very happy with all the work that they do online and they continue to use it every day for many other things.

Best purchase I’ve had in a while. Best Buy really came thru with this. Staff was great at check out wouldn’t go anywhere else for this.

I love my apple laptop. A bit different transitioning from hp to apple and learning the tricks and trades to apple. I have apple phones a lot is the same.

Awesome…I just wish Apple made more durable MAC Books…screen is so easy to break that I ended up with a broken one and don’t know how I broke it or if I even broke it! Not even sure that I DID break it!

What can I say, it's a Mac. The best Icon driven operating system in the world. Apple got ripped off by Microsoft's secondary copy of the Mac OS. Microsoft copied the Apple OS, infringed on Pattens and got away with it. Macs last forever if you are reasonably careful with it. I have some of the original Macs and they are still going

Buying this product was such an amazing purchase with such a cheap price. They helped me as soon as i arrived with excellent customer service.

I fell in love with the MacBook Air at work last year, and REALLY missed it once I left that job. So, when my old device needed replacing, I was excited to splurge and get one for myself! I bought it in February, and had no issues... until I did. Unfortunately, I got the dreaded "black screen of death" in mid July. We made it four months before I needed to take it to get worked on. Fortunately, I have a Best Buy less than 10 minutes from my house, but unfortunately, they cannot legally work on Apple devices in BB. (Or at least whatever needed to be done with mine couldn't be done in-house.) The nearest Apple Store is over 30min from me, so I opted to have Best Buy ship it to the repair place, which I was told takes up to 3 weeks to return. I got lucky, it was under warranty and it didn't take too long to get it back. The logic board and fingerprint scanner got replaced. I still love my device, I'm just sad that I lost everything on it.

It has been a big help with school and makes me stay focused. I have problems playing games and getting distracted but the MacBook keeps me focused and on task.

the memory is ok if your looking for your first computer

Bought for my granddaughter to use in school. She is thrilled with it. She's been using it for almost a year now with no issues.

I love this laptop so much! It makes finals typing so fast and easy I love how bright it can get

I was replacing basically the same device that was only 8 years old and was running just fine except it did not have enough storage to be able to update. This new device has twice the storage, but it will probably not be enough to update somewhere out there in the future. Other than that I am well pleased with Apple products as well as this device.

Very happy with my MacBook, Employees were very helping in answering all my questions. They even priced matched from Amazon which saved me a few hundred bucks!

Laptop is what I expected. Needed for normal computer work and it does the job .
