This laptop works just as it is expected to. No problems with it's operation. The only problem I have is that I purchased this laptop for $999 along with a few other things and a month later they are selling the same Mac for $899. Best Buy won't budge on any type of price match or instore credit for the difference in prices because I am outside of their one month return period. What a bummer....

I'm super happy with my new purchase of the MacBook the pick up procedure was fast and easy I'll for sure keep going to best buy for my electronic needs

It was a wonderful experience from help choosing what laptop and accessories I wanted to Geek Squad helping set up and add Microsoft programs to my new laptop. Both experiences were professional and helped answer all of my questions.

Another Wonderful product that is amazingly good .

Purchased an Apple laptop. When purchased I was told micro soft office was part of the software. I was able to transfer information from my laptop to the Apple laptop including office. It transferred the office software but I can’t change it or save new files.

Very simple to add monthly on time payments from my bank card. Nice to get notified of when payments were due and when payments went through.

Super easy to use with unbelievable Apple Support! I use this for work and had issues installing a program. Apple spent the time with me over the phone, helping me to install a non-Apple program. Extremely helpful and kind.

Have been convinced to shift to Mac and this is a start and while i am still getting used to it i see a great deal of benefits - I will be happier once i have managed to shift my files from my external drive to the mac

The product seems good. The geek squad were excellent. The packaging for shipping was bad. It arrived in beat up box, no packing material around it, said it encountered hazardous materials. But the Geek Squad helped me out and now I'm learning.

Capable and slim. Looks good too. But for this price, not having a touch screen seems almost mean by Apple.
