Very good for the price. Not often that you get a Mac Air for under $1000

Bought this item for a gift on my brother's birthday and it is used everyday! Bestbuy made it easier to deliver safely and plus it was on sale too!

Bought for my son for college. Had the older model for undergrad and was great. Wanted the newer model for grad school. Loves apple products

So far it’s been a great purchase, my daughter loves it, I purchased to give to my daughter for Christmas.

Worked great until after a year and then the screen just went black. I took it to Best Buy to find out why it did that. They explained it couldn’t be fixed, that I would just have to buy a new one. I will not purchase again.

Very nice laptop with fast processor and memory. Happy I purchased it.

Highly suggest for students. If you’re only using is for web based stuff, it’s perfect, if you need it more software capabilities, it can handle basic software but anything complex, you should go with the Pro.

Bigger would be better.Apple is good but takes some getting used to.

I needed a new laptop and since I switched to an iPhone, I decided to go with a MacBook. I really like it!

My daughter loves Mac book, so I bought this one for her as a gift. This was a great price that I could not pass up. This is a great product if you are look for something for kids for school work and entertainment.

I love it. Super reliable. Very sturdy. Can make phone calls. Find your phone. If you have iPhone of course. I absolutely use it for every little thing and is better for eyesight than a phone. I’m usually never on my phone

I purchased a supposedly new MacBook Air from this store, but it arrived with a serious battery defect. I returned the item on the next business day and requested a refund. After one week, I received an email from them questioning alleged scratches that did not exist when the item arrived at my home nor when I returned it. The store then refused to issue the refund, which I formally disputed. Since then, three weeks have passed and they have only continued to stall without providing a resolution. Best Buy has not mediated the situation, and I see no alternative other than taking legal action. This store needs to be formally notified, as I have seen that I am not the first customer to be harmed by this practice.

This device is the first MacBook that I ever bought, one that rounds out my Apple tech experience and without the shadow of a doubt this is an awesome device!

Seamless integration with my other Apple products. I can open links from text messages, by viewing the message app, send myself reminders without worrying.

Packaging arrived a little smashed, which is not best buys fault, but other than that everything was good. I love my mac and plan to use it all throughout college. Shipping and taxes was definitely cheapest with them!
