absolutely amazing product. apple always knows what they are doing when they make next MacBook. this new processor is leaps and bounds faster than any other previous gen model. I was in the market to replace my MacBook Pro from 2012 since the battery on it was starting to fail and I'm glad I went with this. and I can connect to my iPad Air and use it as a second screen as well as use my AirPods seamlessly between devices with one simple click or tap. I also love the Touch ID to unlock because of how fast and convenient it is. device automatically powers on the second you lift the lid and its ready to go.

I bought this an open box item from BestBuy. This is my first attempt at buying an open box item and I was definitely concerned but was relieved as i was getting full warranty for an item for which i was paying 30% less than the MSRP. I am also hesitant to buy the first gen of any new item. In this case, I made an exception and bought Macbook air which had M1 processor and I was correct in my decision. This macbook is blazing fast and I can have 6-8 tabs open and it still doesnt slow down. I think 8GB RAM is sufficient for my daily use (Streaming, Mail, Surfing, Editing of Docs). I am happy with my purchase.

Love this air. I replaced a pro and I really like how much smaller and lighter this is. The only thing that I don’t love is that it requires an adapter to plug in anything usb. I got one from Amazon for about $30.

Been shopping for new computer for a few years off and on. Get close to pulling trigger and end up just going back to my trusty HP. Wanted to jump back into a Mac but prices always keeps me looking rather than buying. When BestBuy dropped the price on the M1 Macbook Air to $799 I just could not resist. A good deal still at list price, at two hundred off it's a steal. Have done some photo and video editing already and it's very smooth with no hiccups. I'm not a power user so I don't really need a Pro or a loaded Air, so I'm very happy with this choice.

The M1 MacBook Air is an amazing machine, fast transfer speeds, snappy interface, runs incredible for a fanless design, my only complaint would be the 8GBs of RAM, still the performance for the dollar is insane. Great buy with the deals frequently only sellers sites. Pull the trigger if you need a great computer & you're on a budget.

Screen is bright. The battery life is 3 time that of my wife's HP laptop. She loves how fast the MacBook boots up. So thin, she can carry it in her oversized handbag with no issues. Glad I could surprise her with it.

Bought this for my fiancé to replace her 2015 MacBook Air. She absolutely loves it! Speed is amazing and doesn’t over heat like her old MacBook she’s constantly on it and the gold color matches her iPad Air (10.9).

It's sleek, pretty and fast. bought it for my high-schooler and though it is expensive but I was tired of buying chromebooks which will just stop working or will get slower after a year. I am happy with my purchase

This computer was great but not powerful enough for music composing. I ended up needing to return it which was unfortunate because I love the keyboard and size and weight so much more than my MacBook Pro.

So glad to switch from PC to Mac finally. This little laptop is impressive and more than capable enough for most people. Love that there are no moving parts and the battery life is extremely impressive for such a thin laptop.

Got this for my daughter going to college. Very easy to set up and link to her iPhone. Fast and light weight. Highly recommend for affordable and portable.

The M1 MacBook Air is fast and light. I haven't found a lot of the apps that I use on the iPod are available in native M1 implementations but some critical ones like Chrome are. Other apps running with Rosetta 2 work well and are fast.
