My brother loves his laptop. Though the specs are nothing special, the M1 chip still holds up pretty well and is worth it at a discounted price tag.

Excellent performance, great speakers. Long battery life. Obviously not a supercomputer, but with reasonable workloads it absolutely outdoes what I would expect from an $800-1000 laptop.

Though I have since sold both of my M1 Airs to upgrade to a 14" pro, they remain in my heart as the best machines I have ever owned. On-sale and with a student discount, I paid $650. The M1 has enough performance for 99% of people doing everyday work. Battery life averaged 18-20 hours.

Just bought this for my oldest son who is going into high school. He loves it’s super fast and easy to use since he’s already an apple user. He was able to connect all his school stuff seamlessly.

Works wonderful for my Granddaughter who just got a new job. She also is an avid photographer and loves working with her Alaska photos she took on this laptop. Best thing she loves is the size, large enough to be convenient to work on for classes and also perfect for Zoom meetings! So happy we purchased this for her Christmas gift this year!

I've gotta tell you, this is one of the fastest computers I've ever used, and I've used several far beyond a thousand bucks. I got this at $800 which is a steal for this kind of performance. Battery life is excellent, better than any laptop I've ever owned. Also, it's silent which is a huge bonus!

It’s a perfect machine very fast and the weight is very light it’s perfect with apple system . Space gray is very good looking The keyboard is very fine when you use it very comfortable It’s easy to carry on But it needs a case for protection from any accident

The product works much better than it should, Apple and its optimization is great. Phothoshop, After Effects, and Premiere with not-so-massive projects go great. I bought the 256GB model, but I feel that at any time I have to change it for the storage (For work in editing, for the day to day it is perfect)

I absolutely love my MacBook.it does everything I need it too. The sleek design is a big point with me being I didn’t want or need anything bulky or heavy. I love how long the battery life lasts as well too!

Fast, responsive,and light weight. Battery life has been excellent thus far. Unfortunately there are only row lightening connectors so a dongle is needed to use USB - C port devices.

Meets every basic need for a student. Computer used by a HS/community college student. Easy to set up and navigate. Sleek design. Lack of USB is - downside.

Bought for my wife, she was immediately in love, battery life is insane, it runs great for what she does, general office work with Spotify or Apple Music rubbing with a ton of tabs open in safari and it Doesn’t slow down, the color and aesthetics help too, she says it’s beautiful.

First Mac, got tired of PCs running windows (yes, I know you can install windows too on a Mac, I mean natively). After a lot of research I decided to go with the base model and I am impresses, it runs smooth, not even close to PCs running on windows in which you need at least 16Gb for a basic user. Will definitely recommend.
