I mean, this could be, but it's my first Apple and I have no idea what I'm doing. Still, what I've used it for, it's been good at it. I can update this matter as I get more accustomed with the OS. Btw, battery life is really good.

Best Product for regular Home use and Programming

You might struggle in the begining but once you get use to the complex Mac keyboard shortcuts then you will like it. But if you are a student, believe me start with a Windows machine and eventually move to Mac :) Performance is great I didnt yet reach a point where I exhausted M1 chip or 8 RAM. Can't speak for gamers sorry...

It has been thrown in the backpack every day for school and never once had a problem! It has gotten me through nursing school with ease! I use my iPad to take notes on in class while my MacBook is used for following along with PowerPoints!

Lifespan really long!

I can say this laptop was worth the money for lasting this long without and problems later on. A lot of devices tend to malfunction after a long time. Fortunately this laptops runs everything smoothly as it did when I first got it.

Screen has spots that remind me of what a phone screen looks like when there are air bubbles under the screen protector. I'm exchanging it for an even swap. I really love the unit.
