I purchased my MacBook as an open box in November. It is absolutely amazing!! It came in and looked brand new and had no scratches or dents and runs like a new computer! Very very happy with this purchase!

Very easy to use. The updates that are constantly needed are annoying. But I prefer windows laptop hands down. Light weight and holds a charge long.

I have the MacBook 15.6. My daughter is attending Nursing School. I advised her to pay a little more and she would be happy. We used my Best Buy account to complete the purchase. She loves this computer. The colors are vibrant, the apps provide easy use. She loves the speed. The transition from a windows product was quick and easy. She also loves the small month payments. Thank you again Best Buy for making my family happy!

Big upgrade from our previous Mac Book Pro. light weight - easy set up - good design

Purchased this for my son and we've been thrilled with it. It fit our need perfectly compact not heavy but still useful enough to do all he needed for his freshman year in college!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! After a little bit of a learning curve, we could not be happier with this purchase. What’s not to like about Apple. This replaced an old HP Pavillion laptop. Highly recommend for average work tasks, occasional streaming and the like.

I already had Apple repair this laptop for a screen crack once. The laptop unfortunately has a screen crack again just a few months later. As you can see in the picture, the area in the middle along the top of the screen has the camera. The cracks go from around the camera down the lower left hand side of the display. I suspect it is the camera which is somehow causing the screen to crack. This laptop has not been abused, but my family did use it frequently. I think a laptop should last more than one year. Maybe you will have better luck than me. Or maybe not. I cannot recommend this particular product because a cracked screen makes it mostly useless.

I bought this as a gift for my younger sister in high school. It is an excellent purchase for her to do her homework and prep for future college courses!

The battery life is a huge improvement from my last computer. Pairing the MacBook to my phone helps me respond to my wife without opening my phone and being tempted with tik tok or other apps. Other than that its a standard computer that does everything it said it could online.

Very beautiful and quick. I didn’t like how different it was phone the mobile devices such as the IPad and the iPhone. It felt more complex but overall a beautiful product.
