I was greeted by two nice associates as soon as I arrived. They were warm and quickly directed me to the computer section, which was the purpose of my visit. I was promptly helped by Jalani, who was extremely informative, had no airs about him and I could tell that he sincerely cared about what I needed from the computer and he helped my decision making process. He walked me through all of the different apple products since I am an avid apple user and wanted to stay with a Mac. He answered all my questions genuinely, took time to explain the differences between each MacBook. For example, I was concerned about the size of the RAM and memory space even though I didn’t really know how that would impact the performance of the computer. Jalani explained these differences in a way that I didn’t feel silly for asking. He was clear, concise and down-to- earth which I really appreciated. He also helped me with picking a new printer in a similar fashion, After the purchase of both a printer and computer, he carried the printer box to the front of the store and into a cart for me. Bought this for my kid who will be attending college soon. She absolutely loves it. Best buy has been my first choice whenever possible and will continue to be. Never disappoints.

Replaced my mac mini with his and the M1 processor is super fast. I know it does not compare with M2 or M3 in terms of speed, but for just web browsing and email it does the trick with flying colors.

Replaced an outdated MacBook Air that could no longer be updated and more and more apps were being unsupported. Transfer of data was a snap and performance is great. In addition there was a $250 discount!!!

Nice upgrade from my old 2010 MacBook Air. Especially like the back lit keyboard and that there is has no loud fan. Apple is now using their own chip, the M1, instead of old Intel chips. This is the reason the computer runs cooler and doesn't need a fan. Ordered online and picked up in store --smooth transaction.

Great Laptop! Purchased for my daughters school work and she absolutely loves it. Battery life is "excellent" according to her, she only charges it once or twice a month.

We absolutely love this laptop. This is our third one in quite a few years. We probably didn't have to replace the previous one but the price and trade in just worked for us. We've had this for a while now and like all of our Apple products, we never have any problems. Yes you pay a premium but not having to deal with tech issues is a huge plus.

This is the first laptop I’ve ever had where the charger doesn’t ever leave my house. I use it about 10h per day on weekdays and it hasn’t let me down yet. I’m not the right person to ask about speed but if you need something reliable with a decent keyboard then it’s an excellent choice.

This was supposed to be my daughters graduation gift…and she didn’t want it so I kept it for myself..I had never used a MacBook before…but it’s the same as using an IPad ..or close to it. Apps are different for some reason,you can’t find apps like YouTube and GoPro ( Quick ) editing software Netflix and others…not touch screen,..but I like it
