I love it! The M1 chip's performance is impressive, breezing through tasks effortlessly. The display is stunning, perfect for work or entertainment. Its portability and excellent battery life make it a reliable. The limited ports might need a workaround for some users, but overall, it's a fantastic choice for everyday use or professional needs.

I’ve had my Mac Air for a bit over a month now, and I use it for college. I couldn’t be happier with how much easier it makes college life, I can go through an entire day of classes and still have battery life. It’s super compact and easy to carry. The performance is also amazing and fast. The only con I’d say it has is the amount of ports. It only has 2 usb C ports but you can always buy an adapter for that. Overall I’m in love with it and wish I had gotten it sooner!

The best MacBook I've ever owned

The best MacBook I've ever owned. Hands down. Longest battery life, all my apps were compatible (something I was worried about because of the M1 chip). The color is really great and I get compliments all the time. If you're a student and need a basic laptop for writing papers, browsing the web, or even watching YouTube - this is it. You don't even need to bring your charger to school! I purchased a USB-C adapter so I could connect a monitor and a USB webcam, and it has been perfect. I could see how needing to connect more devices might be kind of cumbersome because not every device is compatible with USB-C yet, but for basic use, it's just fine and I don't miss the extra ports.

It has excellent battery life, plus you can have so many tabs open and it won’t crash. The most it’ll do is notify you to take off some of those tabs. The camera quality isn’t that great, but as a college student I’m not really interested in the pixels that it has. The microphone is also good no complaints there. Lastly I’ve seen so many people with this MacBook, if your a college student I highly recommend.

Mine is replacing my 2015, 15” i7/16GB/1TB which is still running well - but my son has more of a need for the I/O options than speed. And it’s amazingly fast still today but Wow! This little Air weighs nothing - holds the apps (Adobe CC/MS/Dropbox) necessary… With their storage or folder is a 2TB Samsung T7. I bought the $849/$899 model and the performance is stunning, even using Rosetta, it’s incredibly quick to launch, find, edit, and anything else I throw at it - and never seems to run out of battery lol I bought as a stop gap as mentioned, for my son and as a holdover as I wait out the new 16” MacBook Pro announcements later this year Not so sure I need to (it’s the fastest stopgap I have ever seen!)

Easy to use and navigate. Not heavy unlike other laptop. Screen is clear and user friendly. I did not have a hard time transitioning from other brand to apple laptop. You can bring it anywhere without a hustle. I am glad I bought and is using apple products now. Speed is superb and battery lasts a long time.

Overall, I highly recommend the MacBook Air for most people, especially for those in the Apple ecosystem. Pros: M1 is amazing. Compared to the Intel i5 in my 2015 MacBook Pro, this processor is completely transformative. It's incredibly snappy, has instant-on from wake, far better efficiency and battery life. It's very thin and light. The keyboard is great. Touch ID is a nice feature. Cons: Only 8 GB ram. The 16 GB version would be a worthwhile upgrade, but it isn't available from BB. The screen is a little disappointing. The contrast at low brightness levels is slightly worse than my 2015 MacBook Pro. It would be nice if it had MagSafe and an HDMI port.

I got mine in Pink Gold and i truly love the color of it. Very reliable and easy to use especially for school work as a student. Great features to make school work easier such as keynote and pages. I am a visual learner and love my notes artistically done and the features of this laptop makes it easier for me to have my notes looking good and worth reading

Great Product. It is in my opinion very high quality. I did not like the past MacBook Air's as I found them fragile and low quality. Sort of reminds me of a Pro, minus the touch bar and speaker quality. It has a finger print reader that responds well. Very Light Weight. Really like the color options. The M1 Chip is very fast and it is very responsive. Apple has always put out very reliable, secure, and well put together products. Great Product altogether.

This is it... this is the 'perfect' Laptop. The laptop that delivers desktop performance in an ultra mobile package at an unreal price. Everything positive that you have heard about this laptop is 100% true - it is a unicorn, an actual unicorn. I don't keep this thing plugged into a wall, and it delivers the same performance for hours and hours with no heat generation at all. It is actually spooky to use this laptop, because of how buttery smooth it performs while having multiple applications open at once... and your expecting it to get hot... but it does not even get warm. Battery lasts a really long time, a long time, I have not timed it or anything but, its days. The base model does everything I need it to do, which is mainly writing code and watching multiple tabs of Youtube videos; so I cannot comment on editing media/videos but from what I have experienced, I am convinced this laptop is capable of doing anything - absolutely anything... For the amount of performance you get for the unreal price... you cannot beat this laptop, it is absolutely nuts.

I needed a new laptop for school because my old Windows computer was so slow and buggy. I could hardly work on it because I would have to wait forever for it to load. I love Apple products. I already have an iPhone and iPad. After playing around on my mom's, I bought this MacBook, which is the same model. I love how light it is and how functional. It amazes me how tiny it is! The only downsides are that it has only two USB-C ports and no optical drive. I still love the computer, and I am so glad I bought it.

Fast, compact, and lightweight, a pleasure to use. Excellent battery life. Minor complaint is that it shuts down much too quickly if not in use, prompting constant log-ins.

I've been a lifelong Windows user and decided to try out the new M1 MacBook Air. I am very impressed so far. The laptop's build quality is second to none, and it's very fast for day to day tasks. The battery lasts forever, way longer than any of my past Windows based laptops. The screen also looks great! One of my favorite features so far is the fact that it has no fans, so it is 100% silent. I finally understand why a lot of people like Apple laptops so much. There's a little learning curve involved using MacOS, but so far I'm enjoying the process. I finally understand why so many people like MacBooks. I hope to use this amazing machine for many years to come.

As always, Apple delivers. It fits seamlessly within the Apple experience. It’s a featherweight with heavyweight power. This 2020 “base” model MacBook Air has the M1 processor with 8GB RAM and screams past my 2022 work issued PC with an i5 and 16 GB RAM. All this power must use a lot of power, right? Wrong! This thing sips the battery juice. The battery really does last all day and then some. It was $200 off so I jumped at the deal. My girlfriend liked mine so much, she had to have one too!

The MacBook Air 13.3" stands out with its sleek design and impressive portability. The Retina display offers vibrant visuals, though the glossy screen might cause reflections in bright environments. Performance is commendable for everyday tasks, but resource-intensive applications can lead to slowdowns. The keyboard is comfortable but takes getting used to. Overall, it's a top choice for those valuing style, portability, and decent performance.
