This is my first Mac laptop and I purchased this computer for school and so far it works great. I’m still trying to figure out the controls but overall the battery life is long, display is great and etc is good, It’s worth the purchase.

I've been using this laptop for about 2 weeks now, and it's been reliable and very, very fast. All the features that have been implemented are really nice to have, such as opening the lid and having it promptly up and running. I never thought it would make any difference for my use, but it does. Also, it's very fast for almost all the tasks that I've thrown at it. I often do light work, such as web browsing, Word and Excel and some video editing for my child videos and some work videos as well, and even using Adobe Premiere Pro, which's not optimized for it yet, runs very smoothly, with one or two glitches here and there. I've used a MacBook Pro 13 from 2014 and 2018, and then migrated to a Razer Blade 15 2019, but none of them were as good as this simple 8 Gb and 256 Gb SSD MacBook Air (except for gaming, of course). The keyboard is excellent and much better than the old version butterfly mechanism ones, which started failing on me after 2 months on my old Pro 13. The screen is alright, not the best looking ones with these bezels. And build quality, well... Expect an Apple product build quality, so, it's pretty good for its class and price. I'm thinking of buying another one with more RAM and SSD storage, and keeping this one for my wife, but, truly, I'm already very satisfied with this one. If you own a MacBook Air or even a MacBook Pro 13 with the low end specs and if you're thinking of upgrading, this is definitely a buy, again, with some more SSD storage.

Got this as a gift for my wife who uses it for writing, web browsing, simple games, etc. She likes the form factor and MacOS ease of use. Display is nice too.

The M1 Air is still a great purchase if you're looking for a budget Mac. Plenty powerful for daily work and the battery life is amazing.

Love this new MacBook Air! I was on a MacBook Pro previously and the transition was so easy!! It kept all my pictures, passwords and files as well as all my settings when logged in and set up with my Apple ID. This slim new design makes is easy to work anywhere! The picture quality and speed are just what I need for college courses and at home bill pay. Thanks again Apple!

Best laptop on the planet. Best price. You do not need a new model, this one is fire. It can run everything you need, super light, quiet af, I use it every day and enjoy it every time. Classic piece, don't hesitate you won't be disappointed!

Awesome laptop, The Gold Mac-book air didn't fail my expectations. This is like hitting Jackpot. I mean given the best decent computers today, the MacBook Air is the lightest, with an M1 system on a chip meaning, the CPU, RAM, GPU, and other chip components are on a single piece of silicon. I had an Apple desktop which I replaced with this laptop. It’s much faster than the desktop and easy to use. Probably won’t get another desktop because I’m so impressed with this computer

Good product. Fast, easy to learn Light weight use

Very good laptop. I had the older version of the MacBook Air and traded in for this newer version and it is a lot better than my old one. It has better screen quality so everything looks clear on the screen and it has twice the storage for all my school work. Also it is lighter and a little more compact making it easier to carry around with me.

This computer is a powerhouse! Even with 8GB of ram, I can multitask like a pro! This is something I'd definitely recommend to a friend.

This is my first MacBook and I'm so happy I chose it. It's been able to handle all of my work, as well as my mass of files from writing and working on my degree. It's compact, barely weighs anything, and the touchpad makes it easy to log in and out when I'm going back and forth from working and home life. Very satisfied with the purchase and looking forward to using this laptop for years.
