Worked great until after a year and then the screen just went black. I took it to Best Buy to find out why it did that. They explained it couldn’t be fixed, that I would just have to buy a new one. I will not purchase again.

the product is great - we are an Apple family so it was an easy decision - but your website made it easy to compare and choose the right one. ordering was a breeze and delivery happened as expected - on-time.

Its a good computer and has been fir 2 yrs now but i can tell the battery is starting to fail on me

I had to return the device my first one had problems. The new device is wonderful I had no problems so far.

I like it but tend to use my iPad more than my MacBook and iMac. I don’t like how you have to buy a bunch of adapters. It’s difficult pulling the adapter out from the side. I have a bunch of tabs open so it goes slow. I have a bunch of tabs open on my iPad 7th gen and it loads much faster. I also don’t like that it’s difficult to open. You have to have nails to slide it in the middle to open the MacBook. I do like the keyboard.

I came in with no preference for a laptop but eddie (edmund) was able to help me regardless. It was such a breathe of freshair seeing that he was able to help me. I was even able to get the student discount!

The ease of ordering and picking up my MacBook Air was seamless. Love my MacBook Air. Thank you Best Buy for a non complicated transaction!

Replaced an intel MacBook after many years Upgrade worthwhile Much lighter and faster

This was a replacement of an MacBook Air which was nearly 10 years old. Well worth the cost. I would purchase nothing else. It meets all my needs.

The young lady was very patient with me. With all my questions and kept changing my mind because I wanted something that was actually in stock. There was nothing to look at there were no demos.

I have always been using windows OS and decided to give Mac a try. There was some learning curve but I can honestly say I don't know what took me so long to make the switch.
