We have changed from using Window system computers to Apple laptops. We are extremely happy with the performance and simplicity Apple computers have.

I bought this model about 6 months ago (October, 2022), and the screen has cracked from the inside. I went to the Apple Store to see about my issue because the laptop didn’t fall or have any sort of water damage so I was confused as to why it cracked for no reason. These laptop screens are VERY FRAGILE and I was told that dust trapped within the closed laptop could cause a crack such as the one my laptop has. Without applecare I will have to pay $600 just to replace it when I did nothing to cause for it to crack. Mind you, the laptop has a screen cover, keyboard cover, and a case.Also, we weren’t told that this laptop was that fragile to this extent when we purchased it so just be warned.

Excellent performance and battery life at its current reduced price it is almost a no brainer.

I am a graduate student in Computer Science and this was my first MacBook. I am very happy with my purchase. The only installation that gave me even slight trouble was tensorflow and even that is fully working now. Just had to find the correct information: Actually the information on Apple's page is the one that works. Everything else was a breeze to install: conda, nodejs, docker, mongodb. There are a few tweaks that need to be done in order for things to work on the terminal. Like homebrew, This has nothing to do with M1 but rather that Apple changed some path rules for Big Sur. Again, already have them working.

Bought this as a gift for Christmas and my girlfriend loves it. She uses it daily for personal and work projects. Being able to link Apple products makes it easy to have eveything at your finger tips.

I have always had apple computers. I really like how it is light weight and small. Another bonus is Apple computers are really well made and last longer than other competitors. I recently got this after having my MacBook Pro for 10 years (I'm hoping this one is just as good). The only thing I don't like is that there is no USB port. They have moved on to a universal port.

It's a great, light weight Airbook. AND the battery holds a charge for days on end! My only complaint is that the volume isn't loud enough during playback of streamed movies. OK, I guess that might actually be this old lady's hearing......

Love it. It’s so thin and light weight, so it’s easy to take it on the go and doesn’t take up so much space. Love that it is very fast. Haven’t had a problem with it.

MacBook Air is our go-to laptop for all our household needs. It is small and light enough to be very portable, yet powerful enough to handle any job we need.

Replacement for 2014 MacBook and have no complaints thus far. Easy to use and really like the weight and the Touch ID feature. Didn’t hurt that I bought on sale either!
