    Love the laptop. I purchased extra downloads and was to get them done myself. Only frustration was having to do it all myself and figure it all out for my son. Would have been nice if these were added for us or told to come in for support.

    In general the new laptop is finally operating after numerous complications with the new MacBookAir not being compatible with other Apple products. It has been one frustration after another with numerous aspects of the new machine.

    Bought this Apple laptop for my niece, everything was good at first but after a month or so, the finger ID would stop working and log her off, took it to Apple and they fixed it. No more issues.
