    Bought this Apple laptop for my niece, everything was good at first but after a month or so, the finger ID would stop working and log her off, took it to Apple and they fixed it. No more issues.

    It's a MacBook so the quality is elite, however this particular model has NO USBs so I cannot connect any devices to it - very frustrating.

    Love the laptop. I purchased extra downloads and was to get them done myself. Only frustration was having to do it all myself and figure it all out for my son. Would have been nice if these were added for us or told to come in for support.
