Buy New...not out of the box

I was told at initial purchase that it was rated "Excellent" and that it should have no issues. I would reccommend purchasing this item as brand new...just not used.

Possible outrage

If this is true, I will be returning this MacBook soon and also the other Mac products I have purchased. Please help me researchahis as few people ar Apple Support know anything about this.

The cover of the MacBook was scratched up. The gold paint was faded, and the screen had a crack in it with a bunch of fingerprints on it and it was powered on. I never left the parking lot. I never left the parking lot. I returned it, and they are still trying to pawn it off on someone else at that high price.
