The product was fine. The customer service wasn’t. I purchased this online for in store pickup. Online it said it would be available by 1pm. It wasn’t ready until around 8pm. I live an hour and a half away and it was such an inconvenience .

I bought this laptop last December and it has been junk. Within a few months the thing would lock up and you would have to restart it. Then the screen went out. I brought it back to Best Buy and was told they couldn’t fix it. They said I had to bring it to an Apple store to see if they could repair it. I will never buy another Apple laptop.

Some technical errors. Keeps randomly shutting down. Fine other than that

Wife used this twice the battery stopped charging @ 13 months - out of warranty! I bought a battery on Amazon and watched a YouTube video and did major surgery and tada works again - never had an apple problem like that before….

The compute is great itself the only reason for my low review is because I ordered a gold and what came to me was a rose gold MacBook. Lucky I like rose gold but still not the color I ordered.

Computer might be good but the company is awful to order from and won’t help you out when it comes to fixing your order they messed up they won’t ship it out when it’s supposed to it said next day and I picked that because I would be home on the weekend and it’s apparently packed and ready to go but now it’s telling me the day I’m supposed to get it I won’t get it and it won’t get here till July 30th instead of the 17th and I can’t cancel it cause it’s already packed and ready to go so now I’ll receive it on a weekday when I won’t be home to sign for it. Just avoid the hassle and get it elsewhere and save yourself the headache

I purchased this laptop online as an open box in "excellent condition" on 05/16/2021. The laptop was received on 05/21/2021 with no cosmetic issues, but upon setting things up the computer would not allow me to set up a profile. The computer would freeze and then eventually tell me the name I chose was not available. After doing a reboot and even driving 2 hours to the nearest Apple store, the tech told me the computer would have to be mailed into apple for the actual hardware error to be found and fixed. I CANNOT believe that BEST BUY would really sell a computer as excellent condition that was nonworking. This was a huge disappointment as it reflects on the company. I took the computer back and got a refund.. I JUST HOPE NO ONE ELSE ENDS UP WITH IT AGAIN!!!

It’s working great for the most part my child loves it

I’ve been getting the spinning wheel since soon after I purchased this computer 6 months ago. I tried to live with it because I knew it would be a nightmare to try and get it fixed. The problem finally got bad enough that I can’t use the computer any more. Best Buy says the only thing they can do is send it out for a diagnostic which will take 3 to 5 weeks. I feel like these are rejects from the actual Apple Store.

Floor model, terrible battery health. Would have preferred a newer open box computer

Apple should have gotten the bugs out of this before releasing. It could've been a great laptop, but ended up being a frustrating waste of time. I've bought many computers and never had issues like this. It sporadically shuts down for no apparent reason. Much of the time my external monitor isn't recognized, but then sometimes it is. Intermittent issues. (The external monitor problem is a known issue by many others.). The USB-C - ethernet adapter Best Buy sold me when laptop was purchased isn't compatible with this laptop, so I ended up ordering one from Apple. I need a dependable computer for my job and it's already wasted precious time - it's being returned.

Macbook Air Laptop Same specs. as $400 Dell or HP laptop. Plus i found more apps for Windows. Not sure why buy this super $$$ laptop if you can have same quality/specs for almost half $.

Please don’t buy this computer. This has been the most wasted amount of money I’ve ever spent on a computer. It has never worked correctly. Restarts constantly on its own. I’ve taken it to the Apple store multiple times and they’ve told me it’s fixed only for it to begin doing the same things just a couple of days later. I could go on. I will never purchase another Mac again.

There was a problem with the laptop so I went to Bestbuy and got it replaced with the same model and that one works fine.

Poor build quality. Screen breaks really easily. Do not recommend for teens. responsible adults only.

my old macbook died, so I went and bought a new one with the M1 chip. This is ABSOLUTE JUNK. Both of my printers dont work because H P has not updated the Drivers. It Seems that Apple should be updating drivers so everything that you had before Works. DONT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU WILL BUY ALL NEW PRINTERS AND ANY OTHER OFFICE EQUIPMENT, BECAUSE IT WILL NOT WORK. I AM GOING BACK TO WINDOWS

I’ve had the Apple Mac air for about 3 1/2 years now which I bought at NestBuy, and suddenly will not boot up after taking it to the Apple Store. They indicated it was a logic board failure and would cost $500. After doing a quick Google search there a lot of articles where other MacBook airs were having the exact same issue with these failures and Apple not standing behind the product. I now have a very expensive paperweight.

Your advertisement is misleading. it says Latest model, but when checked in store - its 2020. just a cheap and misleading ad gimmick. Bad for brands like best buy.
