Excellent performance for general use, and incredible battery life. At a week long conference all my associates were looking for plugs for their laptops at the start of the day, but this unit went 9 hours solid without plugging in and more battery to spare.

Small, cool and fast

I passed my MacBook Pro (2017) on to my son for college and this laptop is quicker than the one I passed along. It turns on almost instantly and has a long battery.

It is lightweight, fast, and responsive. The display is great. My only complaint would be that the trackpad is a little touchier than my last MacBook and takes some getting used to.
