It gives them the power and flexibility to be able to be mobile yet able with their schoolwork and some light gaming. M1 Macs are a must have.

Best laptop for everything but gaming

Web pages fly up on the screen. Battery life is insane! I only have to charge it a couple times per week. Seriously impressed by what Apple has done!

The day of always buying the most Ram (memory) you can afford may be over! Why? because with Apple's unified memory set up you don't have to buy more memory upfront because you may run out! This was true back in the day of inTel Mac's but with the new M1 Mac and with the M1 chip and Unified memory this work horse is what the original MacBook Air should have been. Check out the many YouTube videos online a lot of people are praising this new Mac wonder. Now you can see why and I am very happy to have purchased mine with 8 GB of Ram.
