This model is just about 3 years old and it outperforms pretty much everyone on the market by leaps and bounds. And from what I can see it is a better deal than the current generation of MacBook Air's! This M1 chip is a leap beyond and is meant to last for years. It is a life saver for school and I seriously don’t know how I ever used a pc. I’ve been using a MacBook for years for work and fell in love with it. I finally purchased one for personal use a little over a year ago now and I have absolutely no complaints. Buy one - you won’t regret it.
