And it doesn’t get hot! I thought you could only get one or the other, but this thing has it all. And I love that it’s sturdy enough to be in a soft case and ride strapped crossbody to me on my motorcycle. I would definitely buy again, but, with the M1 chip, it’s going to be viable for years.

Everyone stated that the RAM isn't enough, the computer would overheat, etc. I literally opened 20 safari tabs playing YouTube, played music, and opened every single app on my computer and it only used 1 gb of swap memory and the computer was barely warm. I would never do that anyways lol. Great computer if you aren't doing any graphic editing.

It is everything I have ever needed and wanted so far. I love its size, the instant on, the keyboard is fantastic. The screen takes some adjusting to turn off the auto-brightness and adjust the energy saver setting, but then it is awesome! I got a case from a brand named "VORCSBINE" which was from another site (lots of trees in this forest.com). This case fits the M1 MacBook Air like a glove and it looks amazing. I managed to get an excellent condition open box situation at great price, keep an eye out for one they are good to go!

The best laptop out if you don't need Windows

The M1 completely delivers. I had to experience it myself to believe it, but everything you’ve heard about it is true. It’s snappy, reliable, and a total powerhouse in such a small laptop. If you’re worried that this laptop might not be enough for your kid, parents, or other mid-level users, I can assure you it’s more than enough to play 4K video, edit photos and video, and run Matlab all at once.
