You con so literally anything school related in one of these. Interface is a bit tricky at the beginning if this is your first MacBook, but once you get the hang of it, everything runs so much smoother.

It definitely gets the job done, its a part of my apple family now I like it a lot, I wish I would've gotten the MacBook pro with more storage for what I want to do with it, but it works as is

Still using that other laptop because of Windows' better software compatibility and gaming. I am impressed with macOS though, so i'm assuming they did some big things with Big Sur. The quality of life features are insane (fingerprint to fill in passwords, deep left click to look up a word/phrase in a temporary popup, swiping between programs or browser pages with mouse gestures, no fan noise, all-day battery, etc.) Definitely smacked Windows laptops in that department. Only thing I'm disappointed with besides the inevitable software compatibility problems (mostly for gaming) is that it is heavier than you would expect based on the name and YouTube reviews (about 3lbs) though it is made of aluminum so that is a given.

Was delivered on time to which I appreciate. The only issue I have is with the trade in. I was given an estimate that I was trading my MacBook Air in for the gold. Since my MacBook was delivered I had to ship in the trade which I knew something that could go wrong would go wrong. I called Apple to have my trade in wiped clean of all my data. Took videos just in case and shipped it in. About a week later I got an email telling me that the computer was broken and it doesn’t start up properly and that my trade in value is now $0 of course. I’m currently still waiting on a response from that department. So just beware of doing a trade in. Pick it up in store and bring in the trade in so that you can see what’s being done.
