Big upgrade in a small package

We borrow it for video editing, which it performs super fast (compared to a Windows device, as well as an older iMac). Importing, editing, and rendering video takes up way less time (under a half hour for short clips) than it used to (rendering itself would take over an hour).

Excellent, all most people need

The battery life is superb and the performance is excellent. For this price it’s hard to get a complete package this good. My only complaint is the single external monitor limit and no egpu support.

Basic configuration is plenty for us and home use. Fast and easy to use - great computer!

I love how I can start tasks on my iPhone and continue on my computer. Another thing I enjoy is the battery life. One thing that takes some getting used to and can be distracting is navigating the mousepad.

Good computer

I’m pleased with it, the quality of image is great and the machine is fast (full disclosure: I use it for basic tasks, so nothing that challenging). The only thing that I miss from the old models is the keyboard (which I know has been phased out a while ago).

The battery life is amazing and the touch id is so convenient. The mac is so fast and can handle all the tabs i like to keep open. Perfect for students
