This is our third one in quite a few years. We probably didn't have to replace the previous one but the price and trade in just worked for us. We've had this for a while now and like all of our Apple products, we never have any problems. Yes you pay a premium but not having to deal with tech issues is a huge plus.

Long battery life

I use it about 10h per day on weekdays and it hasn’t let me down yet. I’m not the right person to ask about speed but if you need something reliable with a decent keyboard then it’s an excellent choice.

Everything I want, nothing I don't
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This MacBook Air M1 has everything I like about Mac and leaves out things like the Touch Bar that I do not like. Solidly built with that cold aluminum. Lift the screen with one finger and the keyboard doesn't flip up with it. The quality is assured and resale has been good. I traded in an eight year old MacBook Air for $160 and one that was even older for $50. If you're sick of Windows and the endless brands ruining your computer experience, welcome to the Apple eco-system. It works. In the 15 years I have been a Mac user I have not had to massage it back to life once. The windows computers at my work are always been manipulated and tweaked in the JUST WORK STUPID manner. Get Apple. All done. You'll eventually get used to the fact you're using a computer instead of constantly fixing one.
