I purchased this as a gift for my 60 year old mother. Coming from a PC, I was nervous that using this computer may be an adjustment for her. However, the Apple ecosystem is so easy to use that she was able to get the hang of it within a few hours! While Apple products tend to be expensive, I find myself coming back to them year after year for their ease of use and great ecosystem.

I had very low expectations for this laptop, even after having read positive reviews. I figured if it provided 1-2 years of decent performance, I'd be satisfied. But, wow, this is a beast of a device at this price point. I don't have intense graphical or design use cases, but for everything I do use this for, it performs like a champ. Highly recommend.

Fast laptop. So lightweight. Such a change from my old clunky laptop

This MacBook Air M1 has everything I like about Mac and leaves out things like the Touch Bar that I do not like. Solidly built with that cold aluminum. Lift the screen with one finger and the keyboard doesn't flip up with it. The quality is assured and resale has been good. I traded in an eight year old MacBook Air for $160 and one that was even older for $50. If you're sick of Windows and the endless brands ruining your computer experience, welcome to the Apple eco-system. It works. In the 15 years I have been a Mac user I have not had to massage it back to life once. The windows computers at my work are always been manipulated and tweaked in the JUST WORK STUPID manner. Get Apple. All done. You'll eventually get used to the fact you're using a computer instead of constantly fixing one.

Nice upgrade from my old 2010 MacBook Air. Especially like the back lit keyboard and that there is has no loud fan. Apple is now using their own chip, the M1, instead of old Intel chips. This is the reason the computer runs cooler and doesn't need a fan. Ordered online and picked up in store --smooth transaction.

Superb laptop Easy to use Nice quality Excellent design

I was greeted by two nice associates as soon as I arrived. They were warm and quickly directed me to the computer section, which was the purpose of my visit. I was promptly helped by Jalani, who was extremely informative, had no airs about him and I could tell that he sincerely cared about what I needed from the computer and he helped my decision making process. He walked me through all of the different apple products since I am an avid apple user and wanted to stay with a Mac. He answered all my questions genuinely, took time to explain the differences between each MacBook. For example, I was concerned about the size of the RAM and memory space even though I didn’t really know how that would impact the performance of the computer. Jalani explained these differences in a way that I didn’t feel silly for asking. He was clear, concise and down-to- earth which I really appreciated. He also helped me with picking a new printer in a similar fashion, After the purchase of both a printer and computer, he carried the printer box to the front of the store and into a cart for me. Thank you Jalani for your help!!

As expected Apple is a premier product. I’m still figuring out the new MacBook Air so time will tell but I’m sure it’ll all be good since my last MacBook was 13yrs old. Love the color.

When I use a laptop, it is usually for writing and spreadsheets. Occasionally reading a PDF or watching a movie. This little machine is a nice little package that can do all of that, and a surprising amount more. My expectations have been exceeded.
